As I try to do every year, here is what I could dig up in the way of prospects that need to be signed by their drafting teams or they will either become free agents or re-enter the draft. They are organized by what date their rights expire. Although I'm sure there are some mistakes, a lot of research and time went into this so don't be too harsh. If you spot a mistake or a missed player let me know because having a correct comprehensive list of all prospect rights expiring will be very useful in the very near future.
